I am Ram Chandra Neupane. I was born on 12th April, 1995. I am currently pursuing bachelor in Agriculture at Agriculture and Forestry University, Nepal. I am most passionate on raising the livelihood of small holder farmers through agricultural research and innovation. I am currently working on various research projects and environmental organizations. Recently, I participated in Syngenta – USAID Ag Student Connections program in Vietnam and learned various issues faced by small holder farmers. I also worked as social media ambassador to Global Food Security Symposium -2017, Washington DC convened by Chicago Council on Global Affairs and Played key role to extend the messages and themes of symposium across south Asia Region.

I strongly believe that the power to rescue the mother Earth lies within the hands of youths. I am always determined to meet and network with youth’s around the globe and work together to solve the global issues. Thus, I applied to YPPO country representative position to quench my thirst of meeting likeminded youths around the globe and find solution to global issues.

As a country representative, my immediate plan is to establish a fully dedicated and dynamic YPPO team in Nepal. In the future, I have plans to launch various projects and events to meet the aims and objectives of YPPO.
